A LITTLE ABOUT ME

I worked in both finance and the arts before becoming a therapist, but I was helped by therapy myself and wanted to give back. I was always someone people talked to, and helping people transform their lives felt meaningful to me. I love what I do; I love seeing people transform and shed their burdens.

I believe that my client’s inner wisdom guides this process: while I help people find their voices and their internal compass, they set the goals, and only they know what is right for them.

I am always looking for new training, and am excited about recent neuroscience findings on the interactions between body and mind in trauma, (did you know that humans co-regulate?) as well as the research on the impact of nature on our mental health.

If some of this resonates and you think we might work well together, I’d love to hear from you.
